The event held in the university of ibadan which co-hosted 3 other universities from Nigeria. The event which is an inter-varsity debate among 4 universities.
University of Ibadan emerged winner and also outshined other universities at the Michael omolewa inter-varsity debate held in the prestigious university of ibadan.
The 1st (university of ibadan) finished with 76% while the second (University of Lagos) finished with 73 %. Also, obafemi Awolowo University came third with 71% and Adekunle Ajasin University (AAUA) came last with 70%
It is pertinent to note that the 4 universities participated well in the debate but it is just that one will always emerge a winner and others will surely follow.
Moreover, the main speaker for the university of ibadan also emerged as the best debater while the subordinate speaker for obafemi awolowo university emerged best dressed.
My comment is that University of Ibadan has once showed us that, he is capable of leading other universities in Nigeria. In other words, he maintains the tag "first and the best"
